Thai massage is an ancient form of bodywork from Thailand. It is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Thai massage can improve flexibility and relieve muscle tension. It is often called Thai yoga massage because the therapist will move the body through a series of compressions, yoga-like stretches and joint mobilizations. The therapist will use their hands, knees, legs and feet during the massage. Thai massage is done on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed. No lotion is used during the session. Loose clothing is recommended for this massage.
