Seniors

senior-in-paingrandmothersenior-swimmer-bOur goal with older clients, as with any age, is to keep you as active and healthy as possible. Massage can help with aches and pains and increase your stamina and comfort level during normal activities like: walking, gardening, driving, sleeping or caring for grandchildren or a loved one.  By keeping circulation flowing, regular massage can reduce blood pressure, assist with arthritis symptoms or neck, back and shoulder pain as well as enhance your immune system.

Clients who receive monthly massage report that their spirits are raised, their skin stays softer and more hydrated, they sleep and eat better,  they are less likely to catch a cold or the flu and they are more able to get out and do the things they like to do. (Discounted packages are available if you want to receive regular sessions!)

We will help you find a comfortable position to receive massage and adjust our pressure according to your needs.  You may want to try a Craniosacral Therapy session which is a gentle and healing form of therapy that can help with many issues, including chronic pain.

Come alone for a relaxing experience or bring a few of your friends and enjoy a Spa Day designed especially for you.

See Pre & Post Surgery  for benefits of massage before or after surgery.

To boost your immune system, increase circulation and help detoxify, you may want to schedule a Lymphatic Drainage session.

Our studio is located up 2 flights of stairs.  Please let us know if that will create a problem for you as we can make alternative accommodations.
